The Story of Wonmi & Jae

The Story of Womni & Jae @ “Color Me Mine”, Montrose, CA – MOCA (Museum Of Contemporary Art), Downtown Los Angeles

Womni and Jae enjoy and love “Art”. It’s part of their personal lives a they both work as illustrator/graphic designer and also as forms of expression and communication in their courtship. So, during the engagement photography consultation (by the way, this is my normal procedure to find out WHO they are, WHAT they like/dislike and HOW their unique story came about… all are necessary for me to gather as much information about the couple, and moving into brainstorming and planning stage before the actual photo session day) I suggested, then why not celebrate your intimacy with “Art”? Other couples may also enjoy art but this is their own story, no unrealistic representation nor mimicking who others are, but genuinely and profoundly being themselves in their comfort and openness. And then… I finally come into the picture, behind my camera, to capture who they are as a couple. I love my job! It’s my ministry to serve two individuals who are in love. Blessings to Wonmi and Jae.
